Can I have our own design?
Sure you can. We offer both OEM and ODM services, enabling complete customization of styles, logos, packaging, and branding details.
Can you make me a sample?
Yes, we can provide samples for quality assessment. The sample fee is refundable after placing a formal bulk order.
How long is the sample lead time?
Depending on the structural complexity of the design, sample development typically takes between 5 to 15 days.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For ready RTS (ready to ship) products, we do not require an MOQ, though unit pricing varies by quantity. For custom bulk production, the standard MOQ is 200pcs, with flexible thresholds for custom inquiries.
How long is the lead time for bulk production?
Normally, bulk production takes 25 to 45 days after the PP (pre-production) sample is approved, depending on the styles and order volume.
