Q1 How to order?
Please send us your purchase order. We need to know the following information for your order:
1) Product information - Quantity, Specification (Size, Material, Technology if needed, and Packing requirements etc.)
2) Delivery time required.
3) Shipping information - Delivery details and destination sea port.
4) Forwarder's contact details if there's any in China.
Q2 What is your MOQ?
Our minimum order quantity is at least 100 pcs for each color.
Q3 Which payment ways are available?
We accept T/T and Western Union payments.
Q4 If we don't find what we want on your website, what should we do?
Please send us the details and specifications of the products you want. We also offer custom-made services to fit your unique requirements.
Q5 What about your after-sales service?
If there are any quality issues, such as incorrect sizing, after you receive the products, please provide feedback within 7 days. Once we arrange for the return of the products, we can manufacture new ones for your replacement.
