What’s your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 5pcs for stock items and 50pcs for new custom design productions. We strive to accommodate your requirements and are open to negotiation.
Can I put my own logo on the items?
Yes, we offer comprehensive customized services. We can customize styles according to your designs and print your own logo on the items.
Can I get a sample before bulk order?
Absolutely. We can provide samples for testing before you place a large order. Typically, there is a sample fee which is refunded once your bulk order meets our minimum quantities.
What is the production lead time?
Sample production usually takes 7-10 days. Bulk production lead time is approximately 25-30 days after payment and design confirmation.
What are your payment terms?
For small orders, we require 100% advance payment. For large orders, the terms are 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance before shipment.
