We value our customers. In case of any discrepancy in quality or quantity, the buyer should raise the issue within 30 days after the goods arrive at the destination port. All claims shall be accompanied by inspection reports from recognized public inspection institutions. If it is ascertained that the responsibility involved in the claim lies with the seller, the seller shall reply to the buyer and propose handling suggestions within 20 days after receiving the claim.
